After-School Qur’an Program
Building Strong Hearts. Preparing Confident Qur’an Students.
Give your child a meaningful and engaging after-school experience where they can memorize Qur’an, understand its message, build a connection with Allah, and prepare for the Urwatul Wuthqa Qur’an Competition.
The Quran for Life After-School Qur’an Program is designed for students from KG through Grade 5 and is open to all community members. Our program provides a strong foundation in Qur’an memorization, understanding, recitation, and application—while making learning enjoyable and engaging.
🏆 Preparing Students for the Urwatul Wuthqa Qur’an Competition
One of the special focuses of our program is preparing students to participate confidently in the annual Urwatul Wuthqa Qur’an Competition.
Students will gradually build the skills they need for competition success through:
- 📖 Surah Memorization with regular review and practice
- 🎙️ Recitation Practice to build confidence and fluency
- 💡 Understanding & Vocabulary to strengthen comprehension
- 📝 Translation & Tafsir appropriate to the students’ level
- 🏆 Competition-Style Practice through quizzes, activities, and mini competitions
- 🔄 Ongoing Review to help students retain what they have learned throughout the year
Our goal is not simply to prepare children for one competition, but to help them become confident, knowledgeable, and lifelong students of the Qur’an.
📚 Qur’an Curriculum
Students will study selected Urwatul Wuthqa Surahs, including:
- Surah An-Naba
- Surah An-Nazi’at

🌟 What Parents Say 🌟
Parents share the impact of our programs on their children.
“JazakAllahu khayran! I am extremely grateful to you and everyone who put effort into this beautiful deed. My daughter Mariah (6 years old) memorized Surah Al-Mursalat and Surah Al-Muddathir in the last program, and she now recites those surahs to put her younger siblings to sleep. May Allah reward you for your efforts.” 🙏
